For your convenience, we’ll deliver via our delivery team within Bahrain. More importantly; the delivery cost of your products is free anywhere within Bahrain. Please note we cannot ship goods to an address outside Bahrain.
Doocan will make best efforts to deliver products within 2 - 5 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process.
Upon completion of your order, our team will organise for your product to be dispatch as a priority. Just to keep you in the loop, we’ll notify you via email when your order has been processed and again when your product is dispatched, at that stage we will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.
When your order contains both clothing and footwear or other accessories (headband, socks...) please note that these items may ship from different warehouses which means that your order may arrive in multiple boxes and possibly not at the same time.
Don’t worry if you’re not home when the product/s are delivered. We will confirm before reaching for you, or will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your new product will then be available to be collected at our local office, after two unsuccessful deliveries. You will find information about the location on the card left by the our courier.

We endeavour to make sure that all product listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder, suggest another product from our catalogue or a full refund.

To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, Doocan offers you a 10-day Free Return Policy on certain products within Bahrain on goods that are unused and in a saleable condition.
This means that you can return your product within 10-days of purchase and receive a full refund in form of store credit. Returning your product to Doocan is free of charge. You will be responsible for paying from your own to cover the shipping costs for returning your order item. Additional you can contact us and we can arrange paid return with our delivery team if they are available as per your requested time.
All products must be in an undamaged, unworn condition, with all labels and product swing tags attached for you to be able to return them. If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you.
Wearables should be tried and tested indoors only and returned boxes must be free of tape and stickers to ensure they can be re-stocked.

We would need a proof of purchase to initiate and complete a return. Any item returned that does not meet above mentioned criteria will not be accepted for return and a refund will be declined.
