Refund are available in form of store credit vouchers. Once we have received your return and it has been inspected, we will send you an email notification for the same. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we would initiate refund processed, and provide you with a store credit voucher. In case we are at faulty, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or debit card, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds not updated or missing:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately any item bought during sale or offers cannot be refunded.
Some of the items are subjected to exchange, however these items must be under the condition of our return policy. If you need to exchange any item because it was faulty or defective or damaged upon delivery you must immediately contact us by email at info[at]doocan[dot]com
Any item which was marked as a gift during the purchase, and shipped to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received and refund is processed, a store credit will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and gift giver will find out about your return.
